Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement to Terms
    By accessing or using Compli, Compliance Training Partners’ SAAS Compliance Dashboard and System (“Compli”), you (the “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the system.
  2. Licensing and Subscription
    Each physical office location requires its own separate license and subscription. A subscription to Compli is non-transferable and tied to the specific location at the time of registration. Subscriptions include training seats for up to 25 individuals. Additional seats may be purchased. Subscriptions are billed based on the selected plan and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.
  3. Auto-Renewal and Billing
    Compli operates on an annual auto-renewal basis. The Subscriber authorizes Compliance Training Partners to charge the provided payment method for the applicable subscription fees on an annual recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Any changes to billing or payment methods must be updated in the system before the next renewal date.
  4. Responsibility for Agreement
    The practice is solely responsible for entering into this agreement. If management or ownership of the practice changes, it is the responsibility of the practice to ensure the continuation or cancellation of the subscription. Compliance Training Partners is not responsible for facilitating or overseeing the transfer of knowledge between outgoing and incoming management.
  5. Compliance Responsibility
    Compli is designed to assist in meeting OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance requirements; however, proper use of the system is the responsibility of the Subscriber. Failure to use Compli correctly or adhere to compliance guidelines may result in violations of OSHA, HIPAA, or other regulatory requirements, for which Compliance Training Partners holds no liability.
  6. Cancellation and Notice Requirement
    Subscribers may cancel their Compli subscription by providing a minimum of 60 days’ written notice before the next renewal date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal for the next billing cycle. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term.
  7. Data Security and Privacy
    Compliance Training Partners takes reasonable security measures to protect user data within Compli. However, the Subscriber acknowledges that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  8. System Availability and Updates
    Compliance Training Partners strives to ensure Compli’s availability and functionality. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes as needed.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Compliance Training Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Compli, including but not limited to regulatory fines, operational losses, or data breaches.
  10. Amendments to Terms
    Compliance Training Partners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Compli after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan.
